The industrial strength polycarbonate body, AR coated toughened glass lens and rubberised head and handle grips makes this torch the ultimate robust and reliable safety torch for use in in even the most arduous environments.

The ATEX-FL4 is powered by four AA alkaline or NiMH batteries which are securely fastened in the torch for safety and require a screwdriver to open the battery compartment.

The IP67 rating means that this torch is dustproof as well as waterproof and can be submerged underwater up to 3 metres.

Only specific types of AA alkaline and NiMH batteries are permitted for use in this torch, they are as follows;

Alkaline: Energizer E91, Duracell MN 1500, Rayovac 815, Ansmann 5015548 and Ansmann 1502-0002
